Granite Point Cottage

 Granite Point is a beautiful, island cottage on Healey Lake.  This private setting sleeps 20+ and has 734 feet of frontage.  With a separate boathouse that sleeps seven. This sanctuary is perfect for large groups, multiple families or reunions.  The cottage comes with an aluminum boat w/6 hp motor, canoe, paddle boat.

Granite Point is a stunning vacation retreat with six large bedrooms which can sleep multiple families.  The Master bedroom sleeps 4 and has an en-suite bathroom.  The largest lower "kids" bedroom sleeps 8 , the other two lower bedrooms both sleep two.  The Loft sleeps 4 and the Boathouse sleeps 5.

The dining room seats 20+.

Granite Point Cottage has three washrooms.  One on the main floor with a shower and tub and a 2nd washroom on the upper floor with a shower.  The third two piece washroom is located in the boathouse.

There are two fridges (kitchen & second fridge in boathouse), microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, BBQ, Bell satellite TV (access to Netflix/Prime) and internet. 


Granite Point comes with a small aluminum boat with a 6hp engine, a canoe and a peddle boat.
